For everyone, but especially the grad student readers of this blog, Jeremy’s post on a well-known ethnography developed into what I think is an important and fascinating debate on research ethics and legal responsibilities. I won’t say more here because I completely clogged the comment section over there and should politely shut up now (there and here). Worth a read, especially for those currently doing fieldwork or planning their dissertations.
